Contact form: name, email address, project type and message content, provided voluntarily in order to be contacted back and, if requested, to receive information or a quote.

Technical data: the hosting infrastructure automatically processes data such as IP address, request date and time and user agent, which are needed to serve the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse (for example by limiting repeated form submissions).

The site does not use analytics, profiling cookies or advertising.

Replies to requests sent through the form are based on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the consent given when submitting (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Technical data is processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the Turnstile anti-spam check when enabled. Form messages are delivered through an email provider (Resend or Brevo, depending on configuration). These providers act as data processors.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Messages are kept in the controller's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and any following relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

The site only uses technical tools: the theme preference (light or dark) is saved in the browser's local storage and the chosen language in a technical cookie (ns-lang). No consent is required for these tools.

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to natale.scalzo.services@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
